What you'll do
- Direct supply chain and procurement operations
- Manage and oversee 2 direct reports
- Report to Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations
- Optimize costs and improve efficiency in procurement
- Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials
- Coordinate logistics and inventory management
What you'll need
- Minimum 7-10 years of supply chain management experience
- Experience in procurement and vendor management
- Team leadership and management experience
- Knowledge of construction or development industry preferred
- Strategic planning and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
