- Handle title changes including ownership, assignment, and name changes
- Manage internal and external rollover of monies
- Respond to and resolve field and member inquiries
- Examine relevant documents for legal and compliance accuracy
- Ensure customer satisfaction with disbursement services
What you'll need
- Ability to examine and analyze relevant documents

- Proficiency in processing financial transactions
