- Lead product strategy and vision for pump offerings
- Define and manage product requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams across global facilities
- Drive innovation in fluid-flow technology solutions
- Manage product development lifecycle
- Ensure product offerings meet market and customer needs
- Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders
- Contribute to product roadmap and planning
What you'll need
- Engineering background or technical knowledge in pump/fluid-flow systems
- Product ownership or product management experience
- Ability to work with global teams across multiple facilities
- Strong communication skills
