What you'll do
- Lead people risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Manage enterprise risk initiatives related to human capital
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Monitor and report on risk metrics and KPIs
- Build and mentor risk management team members
- Ensure compliance with risk management policies
