- Manage department budget and resource allocation
- Build and mentor high-performing teams
- Develop client relationships and pursue business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
What you'll need
- Leadership experience in environmental consulting or engineering
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Track record in business development and client relationships
- North American market experience preferred
