What you'll do
- Provide customer service at the branch
- Process banking transactions
- Handle cash and financial transactions
- Assist customers with account inquiries
- Cross-sell financial products and services
- Maintain branch standards and cleanliness
- Support the branch team with daily operations
What you'll need
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment
- Strong communication skills
- Cash handling experience or willingness to learn
- Availability to work branch hours including weekends
