What you'll do
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Support investment evaluation and property performance analysis
- Develop financial forecasts and budgets
- Monitor and analyze financial metrics and KPIs
- Assist with due diligence and financial modeling for investments
- Collaborate with property and investment management teams
- Maintain financial databases and documentation
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-5 years of financial analysis experience
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of real estate or investment industry preferred
