- Prepare purchase price allocations
- Manage acquisition accounting
- Serve as review and first escalation point for financial reporting matters
- Report to Director of Financial Reporting
What you'll need
- Experience with quarterly financial reporting
- Knowledge of note disclosures and consolidated statements
- Understanding of intangible assets and purchase price allocations
- Experience with acquisition accounting
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
