What you'll do
- Manage global compressor category strategy
- Oversee procurement across multiple international production sites
- Optimize supplier relationships and vendor performance
- Develop cost reduction strategies
- Ensure product quality and performance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions
- Manage category budgets and financial planning
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
- Support operations at US, Canada, Germany, China and other facilities
What you'll need
- Experience in category management or procurement
- Knowledge of compressor or HVAC industry
- Understanding of global supply chain operations
- Ability to manage multiple international sites
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with vendor management and negotiations
- Fluency in English (and likely French given bilingual posting)
