What you'll do
- Coordinate immigration-related matters for clients
- Prepare and manage immigration documentation
- Support immigration lawyers and legal team
- Communicate with clients regarding immigration cases
- Maintain organized filing and tracking systems
- Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support multidisciplinary team collaboration
What you'll need
- Ability to work on 12-month contract basis
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with office software and systems
