- Recruit for SDR positions through Account Executive roles
- Source and attract top talent
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
- Build relationships with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipeline
- Support sales team hiring needs
What you'll need
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Sales recruitment background
- Knowledge of GTM organization roles (SDRs, AEs, etc.)
- Based in or able to recruit for Canada
- Remote work capability
- Contract-based employment
