What you'll do
- Manage and organize patient health records
- Input and update health information in digital systems
- Retrieve and file medical documents
- Support health information services department operations
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Assist with record requests and inquiries
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of health records
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of health information management practices
- Understanding of HIPAA/privacy regulations
- Ability to work with electronic health records (EHR)
- Reliability and punctuality
- Professional demeanor
