What you'll do
- Develop and implement health and safety programs
- Ensure compliance with fire protection and life safety regulations
- Assess workplace hazards and risks
- Partner with customers to ensure building and occupant safety
- Lead and motivate safety initiatives
- Investigate safety incidents and near-misses
- Maintain safety documentation and records
What you'll need
- Health and Safety management experience
- Knowledge of fire protection and life safety industry standards
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
- Leadership capabilities
- Strong communication skills
