What you'll do
- Support recruitment and hiring processes
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks
- Support employee relations initiatives
- Help process payroll and benefits information
- Assist with HR compliance matters
What you'll need
- HR coordination experience or related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools
- Ability to handle confidential information
