What you'll do
- Support recruitment and hiring processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment
- Process payroll and personnel transactions
- Provide administrative support to Director of Human Resources
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities
- Support employee relations and workplace inquiries
- Ensure HR compliance with applicable regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant post-secondary education)
- Experience with HR software or HRIS systems preferred
- Knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices
- Ability to work hybrid schedule with 60% on-site presence in Etobicoke, ON
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
