What you'll do
- Support recruitment and hiring processes
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance
- Support performance management processes
- Assist with payroll administration
- Contribute to organizational development across global offices
What you'll need
- HR certification or diploma preferred
- Experience in HR generalist role
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a global organization
- Experience in EPCM or engineering industry preferred
