What you'll do
- Manage HR operations across multiple mining operations
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition
- Manage employee relations and performance
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Support international operations (Canada, Mexico, USA)
What you'll need
- HR management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Experience managing multiple locations/operations
- Familiarity with mining industry preferred
