What you'll do
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes
- Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct performance reviews and manage talent development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation
- Support multiple operational sites across international locations
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR management experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Experience in mining or natural resources industry preferred
