- Serve as primary HR point of contact for assigned Communities/Site Leadership Teams
- Provide HR Generalist support to staff
- Coach leadership teams on Human Resource programs and services
- Develop trust-based relationships with Community/Site teams
- Represent Community/Site HR needs to corporate HR
- Align local HR needs with corporate Human Resources objectives
- Work collaboratively with Regional Human Resources Manager
