What you'll do
- Support implementation of Altera health IT solutions (Sunrise, Paragon, TouchWorks, Opal, STAR, HealthQuest, dbMotion)
- Configure and customize systems for healthcare clients
- Provide training to end-users and stakeholders
- Ensure successful system deployment and go-live
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements
What you'll need
- Experience with health IT solutions
- Knowledge of healthcare systems (Sunrise, Paragon, TouchWorks, or similar EHR platforms preferred)
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
