What you'll do
- Act as a knowledgeable guide for customers connecting accounting software and ERPs to Remarcable platform
- Onboard new clients
- Walk through customer day-to-day accounting processes
- Map accounting processes to platform capabilities
- Train customers on system usage
- Facilitate integration between core accounting software and Remarcable platform
What you'll need
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of accounting processes and workflows
- Ability to guide clients through implementation
- Strong communication and training skills
- Technical aptitude for system integration
