What you'll do
- Provide specialized nursing care through telehealth platform
- Conduct remote patient assessments and consultations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Guide patients in managing their health conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Document patient interactions and outcomes
- Support patients in accessing specialist healthcare services
What you'll need
- IPS (Infirmière Praticienne Spécialisée) certification/licensure in Canada
- Valid nursing license in Canada
- Bilingual proficiency (French and English)
- Experience in telehealth or remote healthcare delivery
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
