What you'll do
- Support inside sales team with order processing
- Maintain customer relationships and follow-up
- Process sales orders and documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and requests
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
- Provide administrative support to sales department
