What you'll do
- Design and develop high-quality instructional materials and training programs
- Support Audit & Assurance practice learning initiatives
- Create engaging learning content for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training curricula
- Contribute to organizational learning and development goals
- Support delivery of training programs and materials
What you'll need
- Experience in instructional design or learning and development
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Ability to develop training materials and curriculum
- Project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Audit & Assurance or professional services context preferred
