What you'll do
- Conduct investigations into insurance agent and adjuster conduct
- Review complaints against licensed insurance professionals
- Prepare investigation reports and findings
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations in British Columbia
- Interview relevant parties and gather evidence
- Maintain detailed case documentation
What you'll need
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensing with the Insurance Council of British Columbia
- Experience in investigation or regulatory compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations
