What you'll do
- Maintain project accounting records and documentation
- Reconcile project accounts and general ledger
- Prepare financial reports for projects and business units
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support senior accountants with billing and invoicing
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Communicate with project managers regarding financial status
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
What you'll need
- Accounting diploma or degree (in progress or completed)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent attention to detail
