What you'll do
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for banking applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Document and track support tickets
- Escalate complex issues to L3/development teams
- Support global banking clients
- Maintain service level agreements
- Provide technical guidance to end-users
What you'll need
- Technical support experience (L1/L2 level)
- Banking or financial services domain knowledge preferred
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Based in or willing to work in downtown Montreal area
