What you'll do
- Administer leave of absence and accommodation programs
- Manage employee requests and documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Coordinate with managers and employees on accommodations
- Maintain confidential records
- Develop and implement program policies
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers
What you'll need
- Experience managing leave of absence programs
- Knowledge of accommodation procedures and best practices
- Understanding of relevant employment legislation
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information
- Experience in HR or related field
