What you'll do

Provide direct patient care in long-term care units
Maintain minimum nurse to patient ratios
Assess patient conditions and develop care plans
Deliver quality nursing care aligned with provincial standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
Document patient care and medical information
Support implementation of nursing best practices

What you'll need

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Valid nursing license in British Columbia
Experience in long-term care settings
Knowledge of minimum Nurse to Patient Ratios (mNPRs)
Adherence to health organization values and standards
