What you'll do
- Provide direct patient care in surgical settings
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status
- Assist with surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Collaborate with surgical team members
- Support quality of care initiatives
- Participate in minimum nurse to patient ratio implementation
- Respond to clinical resource team requests across units
What you'll need
- Valid LPN license in British Columbia
- Current CPR certification
- Surgical nursing experience preferred
- Knowledge of patient care protocols
- Ability to work in dynamic healthcare environment
