What you'll do
- Manage a team within the cross-border personal tax practice
- Work closely with Tax Leader to develop and grow the practice
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals and families
- Help clients navigate dual filing obligations across the US-Canada border
- Provide guidance on residency questions and cross-border tax planning
- Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance
- Develop trusted advisory relationships with clients
- Contribute to practice expansion in Canadian, US, and cross-border markets
What you'll need
- Experience in personal tax, particularly cross-border or US/Canadian taxation
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Knowledge of dual filing obligations and residency requirements
- Strong client service orientation
- Professional tax background or designation preferred
