What you'll do

  • Develop and execute early talent attraction strategies
  • Manage campus recruiting and university partnerships
  • Build and maintain employer brand with target talent pools
  • Lead recruitment initiatives for entry-level positions
  • Oversee internship and graduate programs
  • Collaborate with business units on talent pipeline development
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and program effectiveness
  • Support diversity and inclusion in talent attraction efforts

What you'll need

  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Knowledge of early talent and campus recruiting programs
  • Understanding of mining or resource industry (preferred)
  • Canadian work authorization
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
