What you'll do
- Develop and execute early talent attraction strategies
- Manage campus recruiting and university partnerships
- Build and maintain employer brand with target talent pools
- Lead recruitment initiatives for entry-level positions
- Oversee internship and graduate programs
- Collaborate with business units on talent pipeline development
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and program effectiveness
- Support diversity and inclusion in talent attraction efforts
What you'll need
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Knowledge of early talent and campus recruiting programs
- Understanding of mining or resource industry (preferred)
- Canadian work authorization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
