What you'll do
- Manage enterprise technology infrastructure and systems
- Oversee service delivery operations
- Lead and supervise technology team
- Ensure technology solutions support organizational mission
- Drive process optimization and efficiency
- Manage technology budget and resources
- Align technology initiatives with organizational goals
What you'll need
- Experience managing enterprise technology systems
- Service delivery management background
- Team leadership experience
- Understanding of non-profit operations (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic planning capability
