What you'll do
- Develop and maintain annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
- Support strategic planning and business decision-making
- Manage financial planning processes and timelines
- Lead and mentor finance team members
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management
What you'll need
- Finance or accounting background
- Experience in FP&A or financial planning
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
