What you'll do
- Lead and manage R&D tax incentives projects
- Provide technical expertise in engineering or science matters
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, accountants, and tax professionals
- Support client engagement and deliverables
- Develop and mentor team members
- Contribute to practice development and strategy
What you'll need
- Technical background in engineering or science
- Knowledge of R&D tax incentives programs
- Management or senior-level experience
- Understanding of tax compliance and regulations
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
