What you'll do
- Manage technology workplace services team
- Oversee IT operations and support
- Develop and implement workplace technology strategies
- Lead team members in delivering financial services technology solutions
- Manage budgets and resources
- Ensure service excellence for internal and external stakeholders
- Foster innovation and challenge conventional approaches
What you'll need
- Management experience in technology or workplace services
- Knowledge of financial services industry (preferred)
- Leadership capabilities
- Strategic thinking ability
- Experience with IT operations or workplace infrastructure
