What you'll do
- Lead Trading & Sales operations for Motor Gear Trader
- Manage buy/sell marketplace for motor gear ecosystem
- Oversee listings and trading across ATV, Dirt Bike, Go-Kart, PWC, Racing Bike, and Snowmobile categories
- Build and manage high-performing trading and sales teams
- Drive revenue growth and platform adoption
- Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and recreational enthusiasts
- Optimize user experience for browsing and posting listings
- Manage marketplace connections and transactions
What you'll need
- Managing Director or executive-level leadership experience
- Background in trading, sales, or marketplace platforms
- Experience managing motor gear, automotive, or recreational equipment sectors
- Ability to work remotely
- Proven track record of scaling trading platforms or marketplaces
