What you'll do
- Oversee medical operations and quality of care across facility
- Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to veterinary staff
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards
- Manage medical budgets and resources
- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures
- Deliver exceptional and compassionate animal care
- Support team members and foster culture of care
- Make clinical decisions and case management oversight
What you'll need
- Valid veterinary license
- Veterinary degree (DVM or equivalent)
- Leadership experience in veterinary practice
- Knowledge of veterinary medical standards and protocols
- Understanding of hospital operations and management
