What you'll do
- Provide medical oversight and direction for the clinic
- Lead and mentor veterinary staff
- Ensure quality of patient care and medical standards
- Manage clinical operations and protocols
- Make medical and diagnostic decisions
- Support the Culture of Care for team members
- Maintain compliance with regulations and standards
- Deliver exceptional and compassionate care to patients and clients
What you'll need
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- Valid veterinary license
- Significant veterinary clinical experience
- Leadership and management experience
- Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine and best practices
- Experience with multi-disciplinary team management
