What you'll do
- Represent plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Prepare legal documents and court filings
- Advocate for clients who suffered injuries from medical negligence
- Handle sophisticated litigation matters
- Work with growing litigation team
What you'll need
- Law degree (JD or equivalent)
- Bar admission in Ontario
- Experience in medical malpractice litigation
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Knowledge of healthcare law and medical negligence principles
