What you'll do
- Provide mental health and substance use assessments to patients
- Deliver direct patient care within Access and Assessment Center
- Maintain compliance with minimum nurse to patient ratios
- Coordinate patient care and treatment planning
- Document patient information and care activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Support provincial implementation of nursing standards
What you'll need
- Current RN or RPN licensure in British Columbia
- Mental health nursing experience
- Substance use disorder knowledge
- Ability to work within minimum nurse to patient ratio standards
