What you'll do

  • Provide mental health and substance use assessments to patients
  • Deliver direct patient care within Access and Assessment Center
  • Maintain compliance with minimum nurse to patient ratios
  • Coordinate patient care and treatment planning
  • Document patient information and care activities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Support provincial implementation of nursing standards

What you'll need

  • Current RN or RPN licensure in British Columbia
  • Mental health nursing experience
  • Substance use disorder knowledge
  • Ability to work within minimum nurse to patient ratio standards
