What you'll do
- Take inbound leads via online channels and phone
- Convert leads into closed mortgage applications
- Manage customer relationships throughout the mortgage process
- Process mortgage transactions to completion
- Meet sales targets and conversion goals
What you'll need
- Mortgage Agent license or qualification for Alberta
- Experience in retention/renewal or mortgage sales
- Inside sales background preferred
- Strong phone communication skills
- Ability to convert leads to closed transactions
