What you'll do
- Monitor network systems and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Maintain communication equipment
- Provide technical support to remote locations
- Document network issues and resolutions
- Perform preventive maintenance on network equipment
- Support Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, and Industrial clients
- Respond to network outages and emergencies
