What you'll do
- Monitor patients remotely using Orpyx Sensory Insole System
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluate clinical data
- Provide diabetes education and support
- Coordinate care between patients and healthcare providers
- Perform community outreach activities
- Document patient interactions and outcomes
- Identify at-risk patients and intervene proactively
- Support prevention of diabetic foot ulcers and lower-limb amputation
What you'll need
- Current nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Healthcare credentials
- Experience with remote patient monitoring
- Knowledge of diabetes care and management
- Experience with electronic health records
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong communication skills
- Patient advocacy experience
