What you'll do
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatment to adult clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Support clients in achieving independence in daily living activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Deliver client-centered care in home environments
- Contribute to strategic solutions and partnerships within the organization
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate clients and caregivers on therapeutic interventions
What you'll need
- Valid Occupational Therapist license/registration
- Professional credentials in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working with adults in home care settings
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
