What you'll do

  • Lead Record to Report function and processes
  • Manage and mentor finance team members
  • Oversee financial close and consolidation activities
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
  • Implement process improvements and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and operations
  • Support Oracle Financials system optimization
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need

  • Extensive Oracle Financials experience
  • Deep knowledge of Record to Report processes
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Financial accounting background
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
