What you'll do
- Lead Record to Report function and processes
- Manage and mentor finance team members
- Oversee financial close and consolidation activities
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Implement process improvements and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and operations
- Support Oracle Financials system optimization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need
- Extensive Oracle Financials experience
- Deep knowledge of Record to Report processes
- Leadership and team management experience
- Financial accounting background
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
