What you'll do
- Process and manage customer orders
- Input and maintain order data in ERP systems
- Coordinate between sales, manufacturing, and logistics
- Track order status and provide updates to customers
- Ensure accuracy of order documentation
- Monitor inventory levels
- Resolve order discrepancies
- Support manufacturing operations with order scheduling
