What you'll need
- Extensive experience in organizational change management
- Proven track record of leading successful business transformations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience with technology, process, and operating model changes
- Ability to assess and manage resistance to change
- Knowledge of change adoption strategies
