What you'll do
- Provide pediatric nursing care to home healthcare clients
- Perform clinical assessments and monitoring
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Support families in maintaining child health at home
- Document patient care and progress notes
- Work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
What you'll need
- Valid nursing license (RN or RPN)
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Toronto-based or willing to work in Toronto area
- Background in home healthcare preferred
- Current CPR certification
